Operator. Company builder. Problem solver.
Recovering messy cook.
I’m an operations leader who helps early-stage companies turn ambitious ideas into working organizations. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built teams, operating systems, supply chains, customer implementation programs and cross-functional processes across neurotechnology, medical devices and healthcare technology.I do my best work in mission-driven companies with complex products, where success depends on connecting technical, commercial and customer teams and creating structure where it is missing. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can work closely with founders and executives, develop people and help a company move from early commercialization toward sustainable scale.I’m currently exploring Director, Head of Operations and selective VP Operations opportunities at early-stage healthtech, medtech, neurotechnology and complex hardware-software companies.Open to thoughtful introductions.About the name: Tai, my partner, started calling me “Messy Vessy” because of the trail I left behind while cooking. The name stuck. The systems for managing the mess have improved. The cooking has too.
