I’m an operations leader with 10+ years of experience helping mission-driven neurotechnology, healthcare and technology companies turn complex products and ambitious plans into reliable execution.Cross-functional collaboration is my secret sauce. When work spans technical, scientific, clinical, commercial and customer requirements, I connect the pieces, translate between specialists and build the systems that help teams move together.My career in neurotechnology began at Halo Neuroscience, where I joined as employee 10 and grew from supporting the CEO and CTO into operations leadership. I built systems across customer operations, finance, facilities, logistics and product development as the company grew.At Otherlab, I helped build the operational foundation for a research-funded medical device program. I coordinated prototype development and suppliers, implemented digital quality systems and led human-factors studies with the University of Nebraska Medical Center.Most recently at Magnus Medical, I built the operating structure behind the early commercialization of an FDA-cleared neuromodulation system. I led 11 of the company’s first 20 customer launches, helped sites begin treating patients in under 30 days and contributed to 100% customer retention. I also redesigned a critical clinical workflow, reducing turnaround from more than 36 hours to under 14 hours and creating nearly five times the capacity.The pattern throughout my career is consistent. I bring clarity to complexity and turn fragmented work into repeatable execution.I’m currently exploring operations leadership opportunities with mission-driven healthcare and technology companies.
